i’m a new jersey-born, brooklyn-based performer, writer, & director. i’m a joyful extrovert with a packed Gcal, a fridge full of seltzer and tinned fish, and an owner of one too many tarot card decks. a lover of theater, comedy, and music, i do a lot of different things professionally - let’s get into it (briefly)!
musical theater was my first love - my first musical was “oliver!” playing workhouse girl #5 (a crucial role). i spent my childhood training in singing, dancing, and acting. i then discovered comedy and improv in college (at northwestern university). a true east coast girl at heart, i’ve lived in NYC since then, finding inventive and sometimes questionable ways to do everything i love at the same time.
i’ve performed as an actor off-broadway at ars nova and the flea, at comedy theaters like UCB, littlefield, and the bell house, and in cabaret spaces like joe’s pub, the kennedy center (rip), and 54 below. i’ve written original solo shows and performed musical improv around the country.
i’ve also become a director and an educator. i direct solo comedy, live kids’ shows, and even opera on a national scale. i’ve worked with the award-winning kids entertainment company The Story Pirates for many years, working on their popular live tour and their #1 podcast. i’m a teaching artist with the Chautauqua Institution’s Young Playwrights Project.
i’ve also acted in 20+ commercials— and have been cut out of two if we’re being honest!!
fun facts: sagittarius sun, gemini rising, aquarius moon. 8 years sober. reiki-certified and yes i’ll absolutely do it on you if you want. freakishly fast at crosswords. waited tables for 10+ years. deeply in trouble with the park slope food co-op as we speak. proudly queer. lover of all things spirituality. currently reading: joan didion’s blue nights.
